Geography
- EIN is located 5km northwest of the City of Eindhoven. Other major cities in the primary catchment area are Tilburg, Breda, Hertogenbosch, Venlo, Roermond and Utrecht in The Netherlands and Hasselt, Turnhout and Antwerp in Belgium.
- EIN is located directly on highway A2 and in the direct vicinity of highways A50, A58 and A67 making EIN very easy reachable from all directions (including Belgium).
- EIN has a direct bus link to the central rail station in the City of Eindhoven and within just a few years it will have an intercity station in the vicinity of the airport.

Important infrastructure developments and/or other news
- Construction works for terminal extension will be completed in the beginning of 2013 increasing annual capacity to 5 million passengers.
- EIN together with Golden Tulip Hotels are building an 3-star hotel on top of the terminal. Start of the hotel operation is planned in the beginning of 2013.
- New highway exit “Airport North” is planned on highway A2 and Intercity railway station “Eindhoven Airport” is also planned in the upcoming years.
